INCENTIVE:

His main incentive would be to ensure the destruction of the singularity (with or without his death being permanent, though Ronnie is inherently sacrificial, so his own life wouldn't much be a factor to him) and the safety of his wife, Caitlin Snow, and his other nuclear half, Martin Stein, in the event that his separation from Stein is permanent, as they need to fuse on a somewhat regular basis to maintain the stability of the Firestorm Matrix (though he doesn't actually know about that specifically yet).

FIT:

Ronnie is currently in a committed and married relationship with Caitlin Snow, so physical and romantic intimacy is no stranger to him. Cisco even remarks at one point how awkward it is to walk in on them making out -- PDA is common between them, and they would obviously continue their relationship in Eudio, so whether or not they choose to see others outside of their relationship, the physical intimacy between them would be no less than ideal. Ronnie is also a generally open and friendly guy and is comfortable with various forms of platonic physical intimacy between friends or close acquaintances. It definitely isn't anything he would shy away from.

CONSENT:

Ronnie fully understands the concept of informed consent both on a technical and moral level, especially given that his wife is a medical doctor, where consent is highly regarded, and because he has taken on a role of protecting others as Firestorm. He cares more about other people than himself, and therefore remains respectful of other people's choices even if they don't benefit him.
